Retail Insurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Insurance Manager to lead our team of Insurance Telemarketers at a car dealership in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Insurance Telemarketers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase insurance sales
- Negotiate with customers to secure insurance deals and resolve any issues that may arise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in retail insurance sales, team management, and customer relationship management
- Degree in any field (preferably in business or finance)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
