Associate - Service Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Associate - Service Assurance to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate order management and validation
  • Coordinate with installation teams for smooth service activation
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve any service-related issues
  • Utilize ServiceNow and Salesforce to track and manage orders and customer interactions
  • Generate reports using reporting tools to analyze service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the service assurance team to identify and resolve service quality issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in telecom operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of O2A, Order Management, and Telecom Operations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
