Roles
& Responsibilities
Lead
and manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare roles, including AR
Callers, Medical Coders, Nurses, and Clinical Recruiters.
Develop
and implement effective hiring strategies to meet volume and niche hiring
requirements within defined timelines.
Manage
and mentor a team of recruiters responsible for US healthcare and clinical
hiring.
Partner
with business leaders and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and
workforce planning.
Drive
recruitment across multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social
media, professional networks, and referrals.
Must-Have
Skills
Strong
experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
Hands-on
experience hiring AR Callers, Medical Coders, Nurses, and Clinical Recruiters.
Excellent
stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Strong
communication and negotiation skills.
Experience
in volume hiring and niche clinical hiring.
