We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Car Sales Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate new cars to customers and answer their queries to build trust and confidence in the product.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct field and showroom sales and marketing operations to attract potential customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct probing and need analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Any degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and preferences.
