Roles and Responsibilities
 
Lead the execution of Employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies based on global direction and local insights.
Develop, manage, and optimize social media and digital content initiatives to increase brand visibility and deepen candidate engagement.
Drive AI‑enabled enhancements across employer branding and recruitment marketing, including content creation, automation, and data‑driven insights.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns—including digital activations, events, partnerships, and employee storytelling.
 
Skill Set
 
8+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, brand marketing, or related fields.
Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital content creation, and audience engagement.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing and brand campaigns
Proven stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across HR, TA, Communications, and business teams.
