Analyst/SA - GIS & Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced GIS & Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD interpretation, GIS platforms, and data integration. The role will involve working with electrical asset mapping, spatial data management, and data validation. The candidate should also have experience with version control and utility/infrastructure data.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into GIS formats
  • Work with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and QGIS for data management and analysis
  • Integrate CAD data with GIS data for spatial analysis
  • Manage and validate spatial data for electrical asset mapping
  • Implement version control systems for data management
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Develop and maintain databases for utility/infrastructure data

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in GIS & Data Analysis
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD interpretation and GIS platforms (ArcGIS/QGIS)
  • Experience with CAD-to-GIS data integration
  • Skills in spatial data management and electrical asset mapping
  • Ability to validate and manage data
  • Experience with version control systems
  • Knowledge of utility/infrastructure data and its management
