Job description

Job title:    RTR – Business Process Lead / Assistant Manager - Chennai (CA Qualified)

 
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5+ Years experience in RTR Process and must be a CA Qualified Professional.
Core RTR experience (Journals, Bank Recs, Reporting, Balance Sheet Recs)        
Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards, IFRS, GAAP.
Expert conceptual understanding on Revenue Accounting, PPE, Variance Analysis, Trial Balance and B/S commentary
Hands on experience in Journal, Month End activities, Book close and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Working experience in SAP, Oracle Accounting ERPs
Working experience in Balance sheet tools like Blackline, Trintech etc.
Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolving queries,
Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting,
lead process improvements, Causal analysis i.e. Corrective and Preventive action
Team Management (preferred)
To provide accurate and timely responses and communication with clients, responding to queries and requests as appropriate
work in partnership with colleagues to deliver good service
Flexible in working shifts as per Client Requirement.
