Minimum 12+ Years’ experience
in process improvement function and Blackbelt
Good understanding of the Insurance domain along with skills to enhance the process performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills
Should have good understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts
Hands on knowledge of Minitab R software
Intermediate expertise in MS office tools
