Job Title: Regional Manager - Sales

Job Description: 
Strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing end-to-end revenue verticals, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, product development, revenue acceleration, team building, and cross-functional collaboration for large organizations. The RM - Emerging will primarily focus on Account Management, sales, ensuring consistent client engagement and delivery management. The candidate will be responsible for managing client escalations, delivering client requirements, and growing business from 0 to 100.

Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience in deep farming skills, Ability to grow accounts through consistent client engagement.
Experience of Managing the High-Net-Worth Clients.
Will manage the sales, operations & GTM for High Value Accounts.
Proven ability to use data insights to manage accounts, drive renewals, and communicate effectively with Clients.
Who can manage 100+ Crore annual business portfolio, achieving exceptional revenue growth through effective GTM strategies and profitability.
Experience in managing multiple touchpoints within client organizations, including CXO level engagement
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 14–17 years in revenue-driven, Small B2B Sales & Direct Sales roles.
  • Proven track record in launching new product with robust GTM
Education:
  • MBA in sales & Marketing from top tier Institution.
