TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist customers in technical issues related to Microsoft software,
hardware, and services and provide the necessary technical support.
Understand customer queries
and diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone,
chat, or email.
Act as the first-contact
for resolution and provide remote troubleshooting assistance using tools like
Microsoft Remote Desktop.
Escalate complex
issues to higher when necessary and document all the interactions, solutions,
and follow-up actions in the support system.
Adhere to all
the policies and ensure performance metrics related to response time,
resolution time, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Stay informed about
product updates, patches, and known issues.
Must have skills:
Should have experience in providing assistance for technical issues of the customers.
Should have experience with Microsoft tools.
