Job description
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the
HRO practice.
Build innovative service offerings in HR outsourcing,
covering hire-to-retire processes - recruitment support, payroll, benefits
administration, HR helpdesk, employee lifecycle management, compliance etc.
Lead digital and automation initiatives within HR operations
to improve efficiency and client value.
Develop GTM strategies in partnership with
sales and account management teams.
Own P&L responsibility for the HRO practice, ensuring
revenue growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships, acting
as a trusted advisor for HR transformation.
Oversee delivery operations across global locations ensuring
SLA, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure high-quality transition and transformation of client
processes into the BPO model.
Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery
teams to design scalable HRO solutions.
Leverage HR tech platforms and automation (RPA, AI) to
optimize client outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, process re-engineering, and
digital adoption in client engagements.
Develop frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to
strengthen the HRO practice.
Build capability in specialized areas like global payroll,
benefits, HR analytics, and employee experience.
Partner with marketing and sales to position the practice in
external forums, RFPs, and analyst engagements.
Mentor and develop high-performing teams to create future
leaders.
Lead a large, diverse global workforce across multiple
delivery centers.
Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, innovation, and
collaboration.
Manage workforce planning, talent development, and
succession planning.
Strong domain expertise in HR Operations / HR Shared
Services / HR Transformation.
Proven track record of managing large-scale outsourcing
engagements (domestic + international).
