Job description

Job Title: AGM- Secretarial

Job Summary: 
Senior member of Team taking care of cluster of companies with responsibility to supervise and direct Junior Colleagues: Secretarial Department has to take necessary decisions and actions to make the Group/Sector compliant of corporate law requirements. It has to ensure all business / financial operations are statutory compliant and the job is more of operational than advisory. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Continuous monitoring of operations / managerial actions and ensuring they are compliant of statutes and corporate agreements.
2. Maintain statutory records.
3. Fulfill corporate statutory obligations by filing necessary forms and documents with statutory authorities,
4. Conduct meetings of Boards including its committees & members of corporate entity
5. Continuously undertaking necessary actions, to uphold and improve Corporate Governance Process

Desired Candidates
·       15+ years of experience in Secretarial Function, having experience of independently handling Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings, Compliances under the Registrar of Companies Act, Company Law, FEMA and other Regulatory Authorities
·       Having Legal Experience is an added advantage
