Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive HR due
diligence during Merger & Acquisition transactions, including review of employee
contracts, benefits, policies, compliance risks, and cultural alignment.
Develop and execute HR
integration strategies covering workforce transitions, rebadging, compensation & benefits alignment, and organizational
design.
Lead change management
initiatives to support employees through transition phases.
Provide HR expertise during deal
structuring, due diligence, and transition phases, ensuring compliance
with strategic deal principles and best practices.
Presents
HR capabilities to clients as part of the sales cycle.
Must have Skills
Preferred
Rebadge Outsourcing experience or applicable HR transition experience
Should have minimum 10 years of
Experience in HR.
Should have working
knowledge of the M&A, strategic deal principals and processes.
Experience
in presenting HR capabilities to clients as part of the sales cycle.
