Job description

Sr Manager / AVP - Sales Operations and Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Manager / AVP to lead Sales Operation and Transformation efforts in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales operations optimization, process transformation, and risk-based auditing initiatives. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with auditing and sales practices, leveraging technology such as Salesforce and CRM, and driving data-driven decision making to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales operations strategies to optimize business performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive process transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk
  • Lead risk-based auditing efforts to identify and mitigate potential risks to the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder engagement and leadership
  • Develop and implement data-driven audit analytics to inform business decisions
  • Provide strategic oversight of fraud audits and manage incentive compensation programs
  • Design and implement process optimization initiatives to improve sales operation efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with auditing and sales practices through regular audits and assessments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations and transformation, preferably in a financial services or similar industry
  • Strong skills in sales operations optimization, process transformation, and risk-based auditing
  • Demonstrated expertise in compliance, audit & compliance, and fraud risk management
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, ERP Systems and data-driven decision making tools
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven audit analytics
