Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as a Corporate recruiter.
Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment, which
includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Execute strategic global hiring programs and identify the
potential talents as per requirements.
Manage the talent hub through job boards and procure the
right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
Must have bulk/volume hiring experience.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
Skillsets:
Must have experience in end to end recruitment.
Experienced in Corporate Hiring.
Experienced in sourcing, screening and validation of candidates.
