Job description
Ensure
solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
Assist in
identifying opportunities to digitize and automate HR processes (e.g.,
onboarding, payroll, performance management).
Collaborate
with HR stakeholders to implement workflow improvements using digital tools
(e.g., RPA, low-code platforms).
Work with
cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver
digital HR initiatives.
Participate
and contribute to project documentation like RFP, RFI
Experience
with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
Exposure to
digital platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) is a plus.
Basic
knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Exposure to
automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
