Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Detailed consumer survey activity with the help of local vendors, timely installation of meters, and synchronization with the HES
Detailed consumer survey activity with the help of local vendors, timely installation of meters, and synchronization with the HES
To liaison with counterparties (Discom,
outsourcing agencies, local administration etc.) & to develop stakeholder
relationships for ensuring support and smooth project execution.
Ensuring fault resolution within
SLA-defined timelines.
Periodic team & installation agency
review on installation progress/quality of installations.
Supervisory / Surprise on-site visits.
Submit Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly
reports to management on progress.
Responsibilities:
1. Meter installation schedule
2. Supervisory checks
3. Certifying vendor invoices
4. Monthly operational Report
Qualifications:
- B. Tech
- 10 + yrs preference for smart
metering-related experience.
