Job description
Assistant Manager/Team Lead- FPNA - Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager and Team Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a
challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in financial modeling,
variance analysis, and ratio and price analysis.
Location - Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Develop
and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify
areas for improvement
- Prepare
and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct
variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budgeted or
actual results
- Perform
ratio and price analysis to assess business performance and identify
opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
- Provide
financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform
business decisions
Requirements
- 5 - 12 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- MBA
(Finance), CA, or CMA degree
- Strong
expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ratio and price
analysis
- Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability
to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong
attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
