WORKFRONT DEVELOPER
Job description
Support
system utilization and stability through active governance, functionality
improvements and streamlining, and user engagement including through reporting
and system/process optimization, training and troubleshooting.
Provide
technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to team
members in Workfront—from creatives to managers to business leaders
Support, and
proactively communicate the rollout of new system functionality, features, or
process changes
Work as a key
contributor and co-owner of Fusion workflows: design, pilot, learn, adjust,
implement
Represent
Workfront and formal process flows as a guiding member of the GBC Integrated
Operations team
Conduct
regular audits on system utilization and data to increase data and reporting
quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration
processes.
Conduct monthly governance, and
office-hour working sessions with key stakeholders
