Senior Manager - HRBP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HRBP strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee grievances, and performance management
• Design and implement job structures to align with business needs and improve employee productivity
• Develop and implement attrition management strategies to reduce employee turnover
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement HRBP solutions and improve HR processes
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction
• Provide HRBP guidance and support to line managers and employees
• Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• MBA from Tier 2 colleges
• 10-20 years of experience in Technology HRBP, employee engagement, attrition management, employee             relations, job structuring/ Architecture. 
• Strong knowledge of HRBP principles, practices, and technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
