Job description
Governance & Control: Maintain programme
governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and
contractual obligations.
Reporting & Analytics: Produce accurate and timely programme reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Risk & Issue Management: Support the tracking and escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme.
Financial Tracking: Assist with budget monitoring, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams.
Document Management: Manage programme documentation including RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate programme meetings, workshops, and governance forums. Prepare agendas, take minutes and circulate materials.
Stakeholder Support: Act as a central point of contact for programme queries, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
Tool Administration: Maintain PMO tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
