Roles &
Responsibilities
Commercial
Strategy Lead will be responsible for shaping and validating the financial and
strategic structure of high-value deals.
Ensures
alignment between business goals and client expectations driving deal success
through cross-functional collaboration.
Lead bid/no-bid decisions in collaboration with vertical and
market teams.
Design & validate pricing models & ensure financial
constructs meet internal benchmarks and approval thresholds.
Prepare and present deal documentation for internal review
boards.
Maintain deal artifacts including Business Case Analysis
Deal Summary Decks and Qualification Checklists.
Ensure alignment across all functions and resolve conflicts
proactively.
Must have skill set
Should have experience in Deal Strategy, Pricing &
Financial Structuring.
Experience in
shaping and validating the financial and strategic structure of deals.
Experience in
Stakeholder management, Risk & Documentation Management.
Analyze deal scope client context and competitive
positioning.
Maintain audit-ready records of deal decisions and financial
assumptions
