12+
years of proven experience in corporate real estate strategy, project
management, or workplace services, including leading large-scale and complex
projects.
Strong
financial acumen with expertise in business case development and financial modelling.
Proficiency
in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and data
analytics.
Excellent
organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability
to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
within tight deadlines.
Project
Management certification (PMP/Prince2) is preferred.
Experience
working in a global, multi-disciplinary environment is a plus.
