Responsibilities

• Translate complex documents, reports, and presentations from Japanese to English and vice versa with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Transcribe audio and video recordings in Japanese with precision and speed.
• Provide interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other business events.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Japanese language, culture, and business practices to provide expert advice and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Japanese language services.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and developments in Japan.

Requirements

• N2/N3 Certification in Japanese-Language Proficiency Test.
• 1-8 years of experience in Japanese language translation, transcription, interpretation, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Japanese language translation software and tools.
