Job description
Requirements
Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business
requirements related to treasury and back-office processes for alternative
investments.
Process Mapping & Analysis: Document and analyse current-state and future-state processes across cash movements, funding, FX hedging, reconciliations, and settlement workflows.
Change Delivery Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Documentation: Produce high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
Regulatory Awareness: Ensure processes and solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., AIFMD, FATCA, EMIR).
