experience in Scrum Master
Job Description:

3–5 years in
Agile environments or Scrum Master roles.

Exposure to
scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
·
Familiarity
with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally.
·
Understanding
of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles (preferred)
·
Ability
to work equally with business and technology partners.
·
Certified
ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) required.
