Job description
Experience managing the full
employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, performance, exit).
Hands-on experience in
recruitment, hiring, and building talent pipelines.
Exposure to handling
performance management processes, including appraisals and capability
improvement.
Ability to design,
implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with local regulations and
organizational needs.
Acts as first point of
contact for employee queries, ensures timely and fair resolution, and maintains
employee trust.
Experience working with or
supporting global capability centers/shared services; ability to align local
practices with global standards.
