and reward structures.
Developing
marketing campaigns to promote loyalty program
Loyalty
Fraud detection: Identify misuse, fraud and deceptive practices for Airline
Loyalty reward programs.
Data
Analysis and insights: Utilizing data to identify customer behavior patterns,
track program performance, and make informed decisions about loyalty program
optimization.
Program
performance monitoring: Monitoring program performance, tracking key metrics
like redemption rates and member acquisition
