Responsibilities

• Deliver health and safety training programs to staff and ensure comprehension of safety protocols.

• Develop and implement training programs to address specific safety concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain a positive safety culture.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee participation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in training and health and safety, preferably in the field of safety training.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve safety issues in a timely manner.
• Proven ability to train and educate staff on health and safety protocols.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address safety concerns.
