Safety Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for clients in the oil and gas industry, focusing on fire and safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced safety practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and issue resolution services.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve training programs and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement safety training programs that align with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a positive safety culture within the organization, promoting a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in  (Science / Engineering)
• Proven experience as a Safety Trainer, with a strong background in fire and safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong issue resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex safety issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of oil and gas operations and safety regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a training context.
