Job Title: Analyst / Senior Analyst - Credit &
Collections - Chennai
Job Overview: We
are hiring Credit & Collections
Analyst and Senior
Analyst with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic
finance team. This role involves managing customer credit risk, driving timely
collections, and ensuring compliance with financial policies—all while
supporting global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Evaluate
customer credit profiles and recommend credit limits
·
Monitor
accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
·
Resolve
billing disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
·
Prepare
aging reports and collection forecast
·
Collaborate
with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth collections
·
Support
month-end and quarter-end closing processes
·
Maintain
documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Skills & Attributes:
·
2
to 10 years of experience in Credit & Collections or related finance roles
·
Strong
analytical and negotiation skills
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication
·
Proficiency
in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
·
Experience
working in US shift or with international clients preferred
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
