?Process Lead - Procurement (Portuguese)

• Lead and manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement-related issues.
• Analyze and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance procurement skills and knowledge within the team.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in a multinational company.
• Fluency in Portuguese language with B2 level certification is mandatory.
• Expertise in SAP S4HANA Procurement and ability to implement and manage procurement processes using this system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
