International Voice Process Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for international voice processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to support training delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in international voice processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement to ensure continuous learning and development.
• Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and evaluation results to track training effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in training delivery, process training, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in international voice processes, including training and process training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and subject matter experts.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives and improve service delivery.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to create training materials and reports.
