Job description

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager- PTP 
Location:Nagpur

Candidate expectation
Candidate must have 9+ years in Procure to Pay -Invoice processing and payment run
Bachelor’s degree / or Postgraduate. Education: B Com, M Com, BBA/MBA in Finance
 
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data management
Knowledge of processing PO, Non- PO invoices
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Exposure in SAP/ MS Office
Ensuring deliverables are done on time
Understanding of SLA / KPI - tracking and reporting
Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc.
Team handling & problem-solving skills
Other Key responsibilities/Functional Support Activities:
On boarding & training of new employee
Maintaining the list of team members and org chart
Manage day to day operational level escalations
Reporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Monitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basis
Flexible with shifts as per client requirement
