Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager cum Release
Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team in Chennai, India. This hybrid role
focuses on driving the successful delivery of enhancements, small to mid-size
projects, and product releases/go-lives specifically for our Life Sciences (LS)
GxP applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment
and be ready to work in shifts to support global operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience:
8 to 12 years of overall experience in IT project/program management, with
significant experience in a Release Train Engineer or similar scaling
Agile role.
- Core
Skills: Proven expertise in project management methodologies
(Agile/Scrum/SAFe), release management, and program governance.
- Location/Schedule:
Must be based in Chennai, India, and willing to work in shifts
(rotational/fixed) to align with global business hours.
Nice to Have
- Prior
experience or knowledge of Manufacturing IT applications or systems.
- Familiarity
with the specific regulatory landscape and compliance requirements (e.g.,
21 CFR Part 11, GAMP) associated with Life Sciences GxP systems.
- SAFe
certification (e.g., RTE, SPC).
Education
- Bachelor's
or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
