Job Summary:
Seeking experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Support Consultants to provide expert functional and technical support for critical manufacturing applications.
Requires hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X and FTPS, strong troubleshooting abilities, and deep understanding of core manufacturing processes.
Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for MES applications, ensuring stability and minimal downtime for production operations.
Manage and resolve incidents and problems following ITIL best practices, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Conduct in-depth troubleshooting using system logs, SQL queries, and code analysis where required.
Perform system configuration, master data updates, patch deployments, and regular system health checks.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for configuration, support procedures, and incident resolutions.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors regarding system status and issue resolution.
Possess 6–10 years of MES functional and technical support experience, with proven expertise in Werum PAS-X and/or FTPS (or similar MES platforms).
Demonstrate strong understanding of Batch Execution, Electronic Batch Records (EBR), and Equipment Management processes.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experienced in application integration concepts and resolving interface issues with systems such as ERP and LIMS.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Prior experience working in an ITIL-based support environment is required.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated manufacturing industries is a plus.
Knowledge of Manufacturing IT architecture, reporting tools, and basic OS/server maintenance will be an added advantage.
