Strong expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring
Proven experience in stakeholder and client management
across global environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of US & UK hiring practices, compliance, and market trends.

Proficiency in ATS tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo,
etc.) and recruitment analytics.
