Job title: MIS Analyst RCM Chennai
Candidate Specification

4- 8 years experience in to RCM
4- 8 years experience in to RCM
Work with Leadership,
business, operations, HR and IT teams to
understand reporting needs
and deliver data-driven insights.
Gathering and cleaning data
from various sources using methods that are efficient and effective
Analyze data for patterns and
trends to identify opportunities for
improvement using statistical
tools and techniques to interpret data.
Provide actionable insights
to reduce AR days, optimize cash flow, and minimize denial rates.
Ensure data integrity and
consistency across platforms.
Streamline reporting
processes, automating where possible and required.
Collaborate with teams to
enhance operational workflows and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Write and optimize SQL
queries to extract, transform, and load data from various
systems (EHR, billing
software, practice management systems).
Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid) in reporting practices.
