Job Location: Chennai/ Mumbai
Candidate Specification:
Candidate must have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Service
Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation.
Candidate must have
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
Experience with
developing and optimizing ServiceNow dashboards, alerts, and report
Flexible to work in
Rotational shift Based on projects.
Job
Description:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow,
ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze
requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support during the
implementation phase and post-deployment.
Experience in integration of ServiceNow with alternate
tools/platforms and the ability to lead design sessions to architect the
integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow
functionality and performance.
Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow
implementations and configurations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to
enhance their understanding of the platform
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates, ensuring
the team is well-informed and skilled in new features
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for
end-users and team members
Participate in project planning and status meetings,
providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Knowledge of ITIL framework
