Manage
daily operations of the business unit, ensuring efficient service delivery and
compliance with SLAs.
Handle
escalations effectively, provide quick resolutions, and implement preventive
measures.
Identify
operational risks and challenges; develop and execute mitigation plans.
Plan
and allocate manpower, monitor budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
Skill
Set
Should
have experience in handling Media Operations.
Proven
experience in end to end operations management and service delivery.
Proficiency
in performance metrics and using data to drive improvements.
Strong
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability
to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive cost efficiency.
