Job Responsibilities
Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Life &Annuities Domain, Insurance operations
Experience in conducting Process training
Experience in conducting Process Knowledge Test, RCA,
Project Maintenance
Experience in people management tasks, production
process/regulates work , handle questions and complaints of the team in similar
process within BPO industry
In-depth knowledge of Insurance Life & Annuities
and Regulatory Requirements would be added advantage.
Monitoring
back-office operations in Insurance process mainly supporting Life and Annuity
business. Handling Team of 30-40 members
