Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development or IT services, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies such as Java, NodeJS, React, and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in leading offshore or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies and related tools, such as Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with clients or stakeholders in US time zones.
• Familiarity or knowledge of Cold Storage, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Previous experience in managing multi-vendor or cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (such as Scrum Master or SAFe) or technical specializations.
