Job description
Job Title: Learning and
Development – AGM – Bangalore
Location:
Bangalore
Candidate Expectations:
Candidate with minimum 15+
years’ experience in the Learning and Development domain / consulting
With experience in
Instructional Designing is also required.
Education: Any Bachelor
Degree, Master’s degree preferred
Flexible to work in global working hours.
Job Description:
Work with Solutions team to
help create Learning and Development solutions for clients (typically large
clients with global presence and diverse workforce)
Create custom Learning and
Development solutions based on intended target industry and talent segment,
provide deep and competitive solution insights for the solutions team based on
industry recognized Learning and Development models, for generating positive
business impact through L&D solutions
Develop point of view for
prospective and existing clients’ L&D process based on thorough
understanding of industry and customer-specific requirements and complexities
Suggest and create clear
workflows in the overall Learning and Development process aligned with industry
best practices, benchmarks, and process and technology trends for sales cycles
and current client delivery
Act as Subject Matter Expert
for L&D for client presentations during sales cycle and due diligence
phase, delve deep into client’s processes and industry best practices to
develop and pitch / present market leading solutions
Keep updated with L&D
delivery platforms, and be able to assess and present competitive advantages
relevant to the project, including presenting overviews of MOOC platforms
Keep updated with relevant
and contemporary competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between
the company and its competitors.
Recommend key process and
business metrics to track to measure impact, including recommending reports and
analytics to be developed.
Prepare for meetings and
present tailored communications to address business needs of potential clients
Interact closely with the
Solutions and Transformation team to develop and deploy new / custom tech
solutions
Identify key metrics that
impact HR and business and design offerings for high positive impact
