Title - Assistant Manager - WFM
Location

Candidate expectation:
Overall 8 to 10 years of which 3 – 5 years of experience in HR analytics,
data analysis, or a related field.
Proven track record of working with HR data and delivering actionable
insights.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience
in Data Analysis, workforce management or related role with at least 3 years in
a leadership or supervisory position
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with visualization tools like Power BI. Familiarity with HR systems
(e.g., People Works, My HR) and data integration processes.
Roles and responsibilities:
You will be
responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights that support HR
decision-making and strategy.
This role
involves managing HR data, analysing workforce trends, creating reports and
dashboards, and collaborating with HR teams to optimize processes and improve
organizational outcomes.
Candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, developing
predictive models, and driving data-driven initiatives within the HR function.
Collect,
clean, and maintain HR data from various sources, including People Works,
Requisition tool, excel and any other data sources.
Analyze
workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee
performance, engagement, turnover, and other HR metrics
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data validation processes.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and
scorecards to provide real-time insights to HR leaders and business
stakeholders.
Create detailed reports on key HR
metrics such as recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement, diversity, and
retention.
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

leaders, and other departments to understand data needs and provide tailored
