environment.

Strong understanding of Consumer-Packaged
Goods (CPG) FP&A operating model.

Expertise in FP&A processes such
as budgeting, forecasting, IBP, and management reporting.
·
Experience in finance transformation,
continuous improvement and tool adoption
·
Relationship builder, influencer and
integrator, skilled at building and maintaining strong teams, valuing
collaboration and consensus-building.
· Drive functional training on FP&A
leading practices.
·
Support IBP processes, ensuring
financial alignment and integration with operational plans.
