BIM Architect

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM models for architectural projects using REVIT and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM models with other project                     components.
• Create and manage CAD drawings and SketchUp models for architectural projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines for the team.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure BIM models are up-to-date.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 3-6 years of experience in BIM software, preferably with REVIT, CAD, and SketchUp Pro.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
