Technical Team Lead - BIM Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BIM Architects and Engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies to improve project efficiency and collaboration.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BIM software and tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards, and implement best practices in             the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• B. Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in BIM Architecture, CAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and SketchUp Pro.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software and tools, including REVIT, SketchUp, and SketchUp Pro.
