Job description
Roles
and Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end bid management processes for IT projects, including RFPs, RFIs, and
RFQs.
Coordinate
with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, Operations) to
prepare accurate and compelling proposals.
Ensure
timely submission of high-quality bids in compliance with client requirements
and organizational standards.
Develop,
review, and refine technical, commercial, and executive summary content for
proposals.
Align
solution offerings with client needs and business objectives.
Ensure
proposals highlight differentiators, value propositions, and competitive
advantages.
must-have
skills
Experience
in end-to-end bid handling (RFP, RFI, RFQ) for IT services or solutions.
Understanding
of IT infrastructure, software, cloud, digital transformation, or managed
services.
Ability
to create clear, concise, and compelling proposals.
Knowledge
of pricing strategies, cost modeling, and commercial terms in IT deals.
Collaborate
with architects and delivery teams to design feasible and client-focused
solutions.
Awareness
of legal, regulatory, and contractual standards in IT bids.
