Job description
·
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including
onboarding and offboarding processes (with focus on UK workforce).
·
Execute complete employee lifecycle
activities: employee data changes, document management, and HR file upkeep.
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
resolve employee issues efficiently.
·
Engage with clients and stakeholders to
deliver HR services in a professional and service-oriented manner.
·
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
·
Minimum 2+
years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
