Voice Support Specialist-Spanish
We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, be proficient in the Spanish language, and have experience in voice process.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality voice support to customers in Spanish via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Certified in Spanish language (B2 level )
- Experience in voice process and call handling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
