Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality voice support to customers in Spanish via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Certified in Spanish language (B2 level )
• Experience in voice process and call handling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
